Terms and Conditions

1. It is mandatory that the player should have the automatic bonus issuance feature switched on to receive any bonuses associated with the Loyalty Program. This feature is activated and deactivated by switching the “Use bonuses” toggle while making a deposit.

2. The received Loyalty Program bonuses should be activated in the player’s profile.

3. Each £/€ 20 of real bets in slot games is rewarded with 1 complimentary point (CP). 5% of all real-money bets in slot games is credited as Redeemable Complimentary Points (RCP).

4. Players progress through the VIP levels as they accumulate the required number of CPs. By achieving new levels, players receive prizes and unlock other benefits currently associated with the achieved level.

5. The Loyalty Program progress of each player resets every three months on the last Tuesday of the new month.

• The start of the current season is on 28.04.2026.
• The current season ends on 28.10.2026.

6. The money prizes have a wagering requirement of 5x. The FS prizes have a wagering requirement of 30x.

7. The prize FS will be credited to the following slot: Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play).

8. Players are not allowed to transfer CPs between accounts.

9. The Casino reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Loyalty Program at any time and without prior notice. This will not affect the players who have already commenced wagering toward the promotion.
